Han pasado unos días desde mi último post pero hoy vengo con mucha emoción junto a una receta que podría encantarles.

El día de ayer una de mis tías cumplió años, y aprovechando la ocasión quise compartirlo.


Yesterday one of my aunts had a birthday, and I wanted to take the opportunity to share it.


Torta de pan con piña.


Bread cake with pineapple.


Ingredientes:


Ingredients:


6 panes campesinos.
2 litros de leche.
½ kilo de azúcar.
2 huevos.
2 cucharadas de vainilla.
pasas (opcional).
1 piña (opcional).


6 peasant breads
2 liters of milk
½ kilo of sugar
2 eggs
2 tablespoons of vanilla
raisins (optional)
1 pineapple (optional)

En un bowl grande se añaden en pequeños trozos los 6 panes.

Luego se le agregan los 2 litros de leche y se deja reposar durante 15 minutos para que los panes se deshagan.


Then add the 2 liters of milk and let it rest for 15 minutes so that the breads fall apart.

Al pasar los 15 minutos, le añadimos los 2 huevos junto con la azúcar, revolvemos y dejamos reposar 5 minutos.


After 15 minutes, add the 2 eggs together with the sugar, stir and leave to rest for 5 minutes.

Preparación del caramelo:

En un molde colocamos en la estufa a fuego bajo 200 gramos de azúcar, esperamos unos minutos para que se derrita y así obtener una consistencia de color marrón.


In a mold placed in the stove under 200 grams of sugar, wait a few minutes to melt and obtain a brown consistency.

Después en el caramelo, le colocamos 6 rodajas de piña. Como tip adicional le agregamos 1 cucharada de margarina para que no se adhiera.

Vaciamos la mezcla en el molde, no sin antes colocarle las pasas.


We pour the mixture into the mold, not without first placing the raisins.

Lo llevamos al horno al rededor de una hora por 250 grados.


We take it to the oven for about an hour by 250 degrees.

Pasada la hora establecida, sacamos la torta del horno y rápidamente la desmoldamos para que la torta no se adhiera con el caramelo.


After the set time, we take the cake out of the oven and quickly unmold it so that the cake does not stick to the caramel.


Finalmente obtendremos este resultado, siendo sincera es una de mis recetas favoritas para una torta, especialmente para un compartir con amigos o familia.
