It's hard to find people who don't love flowers.People of all ages have a great weakness for any kind of flower.
However, all the other flowers can be seen throughout the year, but we do not always see the Kadam flower.
Only in the rainy season do we see this wonderful flower.
That is why Kadamkei means rain flower. Kadam is like a messenger of rain! Kadam's relationship with Ashar is intense. Usually the first rain of Ashar is the first step. The round white-yellow flower looks like a small ball. This collection of flowers is filled with trees. That moment is a wonderful one.
Although it is amazing to see a flowering kadam tree, its financial value is not so much. So no one takes Kadamgacha seriously. Many also cut down naturally occurring trees. Furniture cannot be made because wood is soft. However matchboxes and boxpets are made of wood.
However, Kadam tree has some medicinal properties. The juice of the leaves of this tree is fed to young worms. The bark and leaves are analgesic. Leaf juice is also effective for mouth sores. In some areas, Kadam flower is cooked and eaten as a curry.
At one time people thought that rain meant the sweet fragrance of bunches of Kadam flowers. Thirsty trees get back to the vibrancy of the rainy season. The fauna also became alive and fresh. Or looking at the sky to get a bed of clouds in the pouring rain, nature-loving people still become memorable.
The evergreen Kadam tree with white-yellow buds in the green leaves is not so noticeable now. Kadam flowers are slowly disappearing from nature. At one time a lot of kadam trees could be seen in different districts of Bengal. In the age of mechanical civilization and urbanization, people are cutting down the Kadam tree for trivial needs. Rain without footsteps is somehow inappropriate.
Therefore, all people should plant Kadam tree along with other trees in government and private initiatives to protect the heritage of nature.
