Hola amigos bienvenidos a un nuevo post.
En esta oportunidad les hablaré sobre una actividad que se que a muchos le va a interesar y es como lo dice el título, como hacerlo el mantenimiento preventivo a un aire acondicionado de ventana.
El aire acondicionado pertenece a la habitación de mi madre, ya ella desde hace unos días atrás me venía mencionando que sentía que la habitación no se enfriaba como normalmente lo hacía y que escuchaba un ruido extraño provenía del equipo, por tal razón el día de hoy decidí hacerle su mantenimiento y así aprovechar de revisarlo.
Es un aire de 12.000 btu de la marca Samsung, ya tiene unos cuantos años con nosotros y bueno para empezar lo que fue la limpieza del mismo. Lo primero es quitarle el cajón que cubre todas las partes internas del aire, lo segundo es tener un hidrojet porque con el es que vamos a realizar la limpieza del equipo, yo en lo particular solo utilizo agua, no me gusta estar comprando ningún elemento químico para limpiarlo porque me parece que el evaporador, el condensador y las tuberías sufren mucho por lo fuerte que son estos elementos.
Ya retirado el cajón, lo otro que tenemos que hacer es quitar o cubrir con una bolsa lo que son los mandos y partes electrónicas, ya que estas piezas no pueden llenarse de agua porque con el pasar de los días empiezan a sulfatarse y se dañaran. Ya realizado este paso, ahora si podemos empezar lo que es el lavado del aire acondicionado, hay que prestarle mucha atención a lo que son el evaporador y el condensador porque ya al tener unos canales muy delgados, el polvo se queda atrapado e impiden que el aire circule dentro del equipo y el compresor sufre un recalentamiento a lo que lleve que se queme el mismo. Por eso recomiendo que con el hidrojet te enfoques a limpiarlo y tratar de que los conductos queden libres de toda suciedad.
Podrás lavarlo sin ningún problema, no existe riesgo de que se dañe por estar en contacto con el agua, como dije anteriormente que lo único que tienes que proteger son los mandos sean digitales o analógicos. El ruido que tenia extraño el aire acondicionado al que le estaba haciendo mantenimiento, era que la base del compresor se había aflojado y con solo apretarlo se soluciono el problema, yo recomiendo hacer este mantenimiento cada 6 meses para alargar la vida útil de nuestros equipos.

Already made this step, now if we can start what is washing the air conditioner, you have to pay close attention to what are the evaporator and condenser because already having very thin channels, the dust is trapped and prevent the air from circulating inside the equipment and the compressor suffers overheating which leads to burning the same. That is why I recommend that with the hydrojet you focus on cleaning it and try to keep the ducts free of any dirt.
You can wash it without any problem, there is no risk of damage from contact with water, as I said earlier that the only thing you have to protect is the controls are digital or analog. The noise that had a strange air conditioner that was doing maintenance, was that the compressor base had loosened and just tighten the problem was solved, I recommend doing this maintenance every 6 months to extend the life of our equipment.
