Well, the ingredients for making these croissants are not so expensive and you can buy them around your house. The first ingredients you have to prepare are high protein flour, butter, chocolate jam, egg yolks, yeast, powdered milk, salt, sugar and mineral water. After you have prepared the following ingredients, now let's start the first step of making this chocolate croissant.

The first step, which we must do first, is to test whether the yeast is still active or not. First, put 4 tablespoons of warm water into the glass, then 1 tablespoon of sugar and 1 tablespoon of yeast. Then, stir everything until well blended and after that cover for about 10 minutes. If the yeast is still active, then the yeast will produce a lot of foam and if the yeast is not active, then the yeast will not produce venom.

The second step, while the yeast is left for a few minutes to find out whether the yeast is still active or not, now prepare a place and put 20 tablespoons of high protein flour, 2 tablespoons of powdered milk and 3 tablespoons of sugar.
Then, stir in the dry mixture until well blended.

The third step, after the dry dough has been stirred, now add enough mineral water, the yeast water that we tested earlier and 1 egg. Then, knead the dough using a mixer until the dough is half smooth or soft.

The fourth step, after you have stirred using a mixer until it is half smooth and well mixed, now put 2 tablespoons of butter and half a teaspoon of salt. Then, mix again using a mixer until really khalis, soft and well mixed. If you don't have a mixer, you can knead the dough by hand.

The fifth step, after the dough has been kneaded or mixed until smooth and well mixed, now all you have to do is cover the dough using a clean cloth for about 20 minutes so that the dough expands.

The sixth step, after the dough has been allowed to rise for 20 minutes, now prepare a work mat and spread it with cooking oil so that the dough does not stick. Then, cut the dough into 10 parts like the photo above.

The seventh step, after you have cut the dough into 10 parts, now shape all the dough into a round shape like the photo above until it's finished.

The eighth step, after all the dough has been shaped into a round, now take 1 dough and sprinkle flour first on top of the dough like the photo above. Then, flatten the dough using a rolling pin. Repeat this step until you have flattened all the dough.

The ninth step, after you have flattened all the dough until it is finished, now overwrite the dough one by one on the work mat like the photo above. Then, flatten the dough until it is completely flat using a rolling pin.

The eleventh step, after you have cut and formed the dough like the previous photo, now all you have to do is put the chocolate jam on top of the dough. In addition to chocolate jam, you can also put other jams such as peanuts and strawberries according to your wishes.

The twelfth step, after you have put the chocolate jam on top of the dough that you have cut into pieces, now roll each dough starting from the top to the end of the dough. Repeat this step until all the dough has been rolled out.

The thirteenth step, after you have rolled all the dough until all the dough is finished, prepare an oven pan and line it with parchment paper that you have spread evenly with margarine and place the dough at a distance like the photo above.

The last step, after you have spread the spread evenly across all the dough, now all you have to do is put the baking sheet in the oven. Then, bake the dough at a temperature of 170 to 180 degrees Celsius, with top and bottom fire for 20 to 25 minutes.

And finally, after you have finished baking, the chocolate croissant can be eaten together with your family and friends. The taste is really very soft and the chocolate jam is quite soft in the bread. I am very satisfied with the results of this croissant and I am quite happy.
