How to Make Corndog with Mozzarella Cheese and Sausage Filling

Back again with me Jodi Pamungkas on the food and snack recipe blog, every day I will share recipes for snacks and foods that are very easy for you to make at home. Thank you for those of you who always support me every day and give me some likes on my twitter, since I gave the recipe this past month, my twitter is growing very fast and every day I get 5 to 10 likes. Now, what recipe will I give you guys? Have you seen my previous blog about corndogs too? A month ago I made banana corndogs with several different toppings. Now I'm going to make corndogs filled with mozzarella cheese and sausage. This snack is perfect for you to make on weekends, because the way to make this snack is very easy without spending a lot of money. Let's start making corndogs filled with mozzarella cheese and sausage.

Well, now prepare the following ingredients, the first thing you have to prepare is wheat flour with high protein, you can look at the part of the flour package, then prepare 1 sachet of yeast to expand the dough, chocolate bar if you want to use chocolate, mozzarella cheese according to your wishes, some sausages with good taste and quality, then prepare a few sticks of medium size and the last one is 1 egg. Now let's start how to make it.

The first thing you have to do is prepare 2 sticks, then cut the sausage in half, also cut the mozzarella cheese into several pieces like the photo above, skewer the sausage and mozzarella cheese like the photo above. You can make as many ingredients as you have prepared. Alternatively, you can use chocolate bars if you want to make a chocolate taste.

After you finish stabbing all the mozzarella cheese and sausage like the previous photo, put all the sticks into the refrigerator and wait for about 5 to 10 minutes. While we are waiting for the sausage and mozzarella cheese to harden, now we will make the yeast water first before making the corndog dough.

Now, prepare a medium size place and fill with 170 ml of warm water, put the yeast so that the dough expands as much as 1 tablespoon, then put 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar, then stir until everything is evenly mixed, let the yeast water sit for 5 minutes until it looks a little frothy on the surface. While the yeast water is allowed to stand, now we proceed to the next stage, which is making corndog dough.

Prepare another place to make corndog dough. Put 20 tablespoons of high protein flour, you can buy this high protein flour at the nearest supermarket, then add half a tablespoon of salt to the dough, after that, add 1 egg into the dough. Now we go to the next stage.

The previous dough has not been stirred, now we mix the yeast water into the dough, then stir the dough slowly and evenly. So far ? Very easy isn't it? You will be addicted to making this when you try to eat this corndog, believe me.

Well, you have 2 options for kneading the dough, if you have a mixer, you can use the mixer so that the dough is mixed evenly, but if you don't have a mixer, you can use a tool like the photo above, indeed, using this tool requires extra power so that the dough is evenly mixed.

Next, cover the previous dough that you have mixed using whatever it is, you should use the cover. Cover the dough so that it expands and becomes denser, you can see the results after waiting for about half an hour.

After waiting for about half an hour, the dough will expand like the photo above, you can wait even longer for the dough to expand even more.

Now what you have to do, take out the mozzarella cheese and sausage that had been stabbed earlier in the refrigerator, then spread it evenly into the dough, spread it slowly and not too much, because the sticks will be very easy to come off if the dough is too much and don't forget to coat it evenly. equally.

After all the mozzarella cheese and sausage have been wrapped with the dough, now prepare the breadcrumbs on a plate and coat it evenly again like the photo above. Previously, I apologize because in the initial photo there is no breadcrumbs, I forgot to prepare breadcrumbs and I had to buy it at the nearest shop. Coat with breadcrumbs evenly until the dough is not visible. Now let's go to the kitchen to fry all the corndogs.

Prepare a medium-sized frying pan and pour enough cooking oil into the pan, preheat the oil and fry all the corndogs that you have prepared, after you finish frying, don't forget to drain it first so that not too much oil sticks to the dough. Now the corndogs are done and it's time for plating.
