How to Make Vanilla and Chocolate Sago Cookies

Well, this Friday, Ema and I will share another cookie recipe for all of you who are thirsty for new snacks from me. This snack is quite interesting, because I use vanilla and chocolate as the main ingredients to make this cookie. besides, the shape of this cookie is also very unique, you can see left and right are chocolate and vanilla. well, the ingredients for making chocolate and vanilla sago cookies are certainly not difficult and all of these ingredients are very cheap, you can buy all of these ingredients at the nearest supermarket or market in your city. The first ingredients you have to prepare are cocoa powder, margarine, powdered milk, egg yolks, liquid vanilla, sago flour or tapioca flour, sago cake molds, refined sugar and plastic triangles.

the first step, what you have to do first is prepare a pan and put 200 grams of sago flour or tapioca flour, if you want it smells good, you can add a pandan leaf. after that, roast the sago flour until lightly using only low heat.

the second step, after you have finished roasting the sago flour or tapioca flour, then cool the sago flour. after that, prepare a bowl and put 150 grams of margarine and 65 grams of powdered sugar, then stir until well blended using a wisker or you can also use a mixer.

the third step, after the margarine and powdered sugar have been mixed well, the next thing you have to do is add 1 egg yolk and half a teaspoon of liquid vanilla. Next, stir again until the vanilla is liquid and the egg yolks are evenly mixed using a whisk.

the fourth step, after the liquid vanilla and egg yolks have been stirred until well blended, then put all the sago flour or tapioca flour that you roasted earlier and 1 sachet of milk powder. after that, stir the dough again until well blended.

the fifth step, after everything is well mixed, divide the dough into 2 parts, the first dough add 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder and stir until the dough changes color. then, enter the second dough into the plastic triangle that has been placed in the sago cake mold at the end of the plastic triangle. Don't forget to put the first dough into the plastic triangle too.

the last step, after the two doughs have been put into a plastic triangle, then all you have to do is make the dough like the photo above with the size and length according to your wishes. after all the dough is finished, prepare the oven and preheat the oven for only 10 minutes. then, enter the baking sheet and bake the dough at a temperature of 150 degrees Celsius, with fire up and down for 25 or 30 minutes depending on the oven you use.

and finally, after the dough has been baked for more than 20 minutes, now you can eat with your family and friends. This snack is really very suitable for watching and relaxing at night. the taste is very, the texture of the cookies is quite soft and crispy. I highly recommend this simple snack for home.
