Hm, if I had enough money to retire plus some extra I would move back to my parent's house and keep the apartment too for the kids.
I would buy a small camper van and travel the world, explore and photograph places far away from the tourists ... and I would share my photos and stories on the Hive, if course 😊
I would buy enough Hive to become a big whale 🐳 and make generous votes on my friend's posts as well as I would support new Hivers.
I think I would have a busier life than I have now, but I would love it 😁
I wouldn't need a house in the mountains because I am already there and I won't be at home very often anyway, but I would love to visit you in your cabin in the mountains 🙂

Howdy sir johannpiber! I've been so busy the last few weeks that I didn't even get on the Hive. I was remodeling part of the house so my step-daughter and grandson could move in.
They moved down from Ohio and are starting new lives in Texas. So they are temporarily living with us until they find jobs and an apartment. I am sure things are going very well in Austria?

The virus is back in Austria or better said we have been stupid enough to think it was gone, but it has only been waiting till we have forgotten it and now it has hit us again. Masks are mandatory again and many more measures will follow in the next days and weeks.

I'm so sorry to hear about the virus flare up again. Are they calling it a second wave? It has been going away here and I think any "herd immunity" has been achieved by now. The numbers are nothing to be concerned about here anymore but the mask mandate is still in place. Are they doing lockdowns again?

I think some call it second wave, but I am not sure. People are just careless and as good as our government has handled the first wave, as bad are they handling it now in my opinion.
There are restrictions but no lockdown yet.
