Making colored prawn crackers

HELLO HIVE

I made colored prawn crackers and it taste good. When I wanted to start preparing this there were two things running through my mind at that moment.

The first is the fact that it was the first time I was making if it was going to be a disaster or a nice delicacy.

Second if I was not going to end up wasting all this colored prawn crackers but I still managed to pull this up and it taste good.

The process of making a meal is just like me visiting a new city for an excursion no matter how smart you are you would need a guide through that city to make your mission easy and a success.

After my guide did the first one and I was observing her I was able to make a successful try and I felt great.

You don't need and special ingredients for this cause they are all embedded in the making of the colored prawn crackers.

Put the pot on the fire and make sure its dry the put good quantity of oil it depends on the kind of oil you want to use I made use of groundnuts oil cause I would like the color of the crackers after I had fried it, make sure the oil is hot then drop the prawn crackers into it make sure you are very close cause it takes less than a minute to be ready so it won't get like the first one I did.

Then your prawn crackers are ready to be served.
