Mis métodos de estudios se basan en hacer resúmenes, normalmente suelo escribir todo a mano, porque así tengo un mejor entendimiento del tema.
My study methods are based on making summaries, I usually write everything by hand, because that way I have a better understanding of the subject.
Solo anoto lo que considero más importante, y voy subrayando con resaltadores, de esta manera consigo que mi cerebro almacene más información
I only write down what I consider most important, and I underline it with highlighters, this way I get my brain to store more information.
Otra cosa que hago, es leer mucho, lo hago cuando estoy sola y en voz alta, para mí leer en voz alta me resulta bastante eficiente, no se ustedes pero soy de ls personas que aprende escuchando.😅
Another thing I do is read a lot, I do it when I'm alone and out loud, for me reading out loud is quite efficient, I don't know about you but I'm one of those people who learns by listening.😅
Me gusta leer artículos y los libros que me ofrecen en la universidad, estos al ser pdf's, tienen a cansarme la vista, así que una forma sencilla que aplico es grabarme diciendo todo lo que necesito aprenderme, y luego los escucho.🤭
I like to read articles and books offered to me at the university. Since these are PDFs, they tend to tire my eyes, so a simple way that I use is to record myself saying everything I need to learn, and then I listen to them.🤭
Algo que aplico también es dividir los temas, ¿como lo hago?, pues le doy un color en especifico a cada uno, así se que es más importante, y que quizás sea más irrelevante.
Something I also apply is dividing the topics. How do I do it? Well, I give each one a specific color, so I know what is more important and what is perhaps more irrelevant.
