Cordon Bleu
The easiest recipe for a delicious Chicken Cordon Bleu, you have to eat it. 10/10.

For this recipe I used breaded chicken, I went to the butcher and in fact I bought a chicken breast and asked the man in charge to cut it into fillets, thanks to the good man.
The first thing we will do boys is to occupy some plastic bags because we must flatten the chicken so that it is much softer and clearer it spreads better.

I used a stone to do this process, this is a stone that we use exclusively for the kitchen.

We add salt and pepper to our chicken and I am going to reserve it for a few minutes while I prepare the breadcrumbs because it did not have.
I had these toasts at home and what I did I cut it small and added it to the chopper until it had a perfect bread flour.


Now, ready. We are going to spread the chicken very well.
We add a slice of cheese.

We add a slice of ham

And I added another cheese slice for extra creaminess.

Now we just proceed to roll it up very well.

As it is very large and a little fragile I opted to use kitchen sticks to hold the chicken.

Now we have the breading: egg, wheat flour and bread flour.

First we will add the wheat flour to dry any liquid that the chicken has.

Then we went through the egg mixture, I added a little salt to this mixture.

And now we go through the bread. (Again I went back to pass it through egg and bread so that it has extra crisp)

We can now reserve this in the freezer for a few minutes to make sure everything sticks.
The next thing we do is put enough oil to heat and once it is very hot add the chicken and wait about 5 minutes or a little more over medium-high heat. It is important to check it because we use bread it can easily burn and look black.

There is also the importance of flattening the chicken well, if it is too thick it will be difficult for it to cook inside, as it was happening to me and I had to divide the cordon bleu in half.

But see this result, the taste was wonderful.
