Today I had a pretty busy day. First I started my day thinking about whether I would have the chance to prepare the Christmas dinner that is traditionally eaten in my country and after an hour I decided to go to the market and buy what I needed. After that I spent 4 hours preparing the stew, and it is left for 24 hours before it can be used, so that the flavour is concentrated.
Hoy tuve un día bastante ocupado, primero empecé mi día pensando si no iba a tener la posibilidad de preparar la cena navideña que tradicionalmente se come en mi país y al cabo de una hora decidí ir al mercado y comprar lo que necesitaba, después de eso estuve 4 horas preparando el guiso, y este se deja durante 24 horas antes de poder utilizarse, para que el sabor este concentrado.
The next thing was to put on my makeup and do my hair, this took me 3 hours.
Lo siguiente fue que me maquillé y peiné, esto me tomó 3 horas.
And then I went to work, I was there from 9 pm to 2 am, and it was a pretty dynamic day, I even took some snapshots, luckily I'll have Christmas off. I always think I'll have time for other things and I end the day busy and improvising things that I hadn't planned from the beginning.
Y después fui a trabajar, estuve de 9 pm a 2 am, y fue bastante dinámico el día, hasta me tomé algunas fotos instantáneas, afortunadamente voy a tener la navidad libre. Siempre pienso que tendré tiempo para otras cosas y termino el día ocupada e improvisando cosas que no había planeado desde el inicio.
