El dÃa de hoy quiero compartir con ustedes lo que hago en mi trabajo. Actualmente me dedico al tapizando base camas y también los cabeceros de las bases. A continuación les compartiré las fotografÃas del paso a paso del tapizado de la base cama.

Today I want to share with you what I do at work. Currently I am dedicated to upholstering bed bases and also the headboards of the bases. Next I will share the photographs of the step by step of the upholstery of the bed base.
Tapizado de Base Cama Especial
Special Bed Base Upholstery
Hoy les compartiré el paso a paso del tapizado de una base cama, en esta ocasión es una base especial ya que normalmente se hacen en cuero negro. Hoy veremos una Base cama para niño de la pelÃcula Cars.
Today I will share the step by step of the upholstery of a bed base, this time it is a special base since they are normally made of black leather. Today we will see a bed base for children from the movie Cars.

No son muchos los materiales que se usan para el tapizado de una base cama pero son los suficientes para transformar un armazón de madera en una linda base cama.

There are not many materials that are used for the upholstery of a bed base but they are enough to transform a wooden frame into a beautiful bed base.

Step by Step of the Upholstery
Esqueleto Base Cama | Skeleton Bed Base
En esta fotografÃa vemos los que llamamos en mi trabajo el Esqueleto, que es el armazón en madera de la base cama y es lo que luego se tapiza.
In this photograph we see what we call in my work the Skeleton, which is the wooden frame of the bed base and is what is later upholstered.
Encartonado | Cartoned
En este paso lo primero que hago a la hora de tapizar una base cama es poner el cartón al rededor de lo que llamamos Esqueleto, este proceso lo llamo encartonado del esqueleto.
In this step the first thing I do when upholstering a bed base is to put the cardboard around what we call Skeleton, this process I call cartoning the skeleton.
Postura Acolchado | Padded Posture
Luego del encartonado el siguiente paso que debo hacer es poner el acolchado en la parte de Base cama donde luego de terminada. Este acolchado lo aseguro con grapas a la base.
After the cartoning the next step that I must do is put the padding on the part of the bed base where after finished. I secure this padding with staples to the base.
Postura Espuma Continua | Continuous Foam Posture
Cuando ya tengo instalado el acolchado procedo a poner la espuma continúa asegurándola con grapas en el cartón, esto me ayudará para que cuando ponga los botones se undan en la espuma y le den buen toque a la base.
When I already have the padding installed, I proceed to put the foam, continue securing it with staples in the cardboard, this will help me so that when I put the buttons they join the foam and give a good touch to the base.
Cuero y Botones | Leather and Buttons
Cuando tengo la espuma ya instalada en la base cama debo poner el cuero que será lo que prácticamente termine mi trabajo. Este cuero lo aseguro a la base con grapas y el cuero debe estar bien templado. También pongo los cuatro botones bien distribuidos y los aseguro por la parte de adentro de la base.
When I have the foam already installed on the bed base, I must put on the leather that will be what practically finishes my work. I secure this leather to the base with staples and the leather must be well tempered. I also put the four buttons well distributed and secure them on the inside of the base.
Postura de Brione | Brione's stance
Este es el último paso de la tapizada de la base respecto al esqueleto. En este paso le pongo el Brione que es la tela negra que se ve en la imagen anterior y es la que le da el acabado a la base.
This is the last step of the base upholstery with respect to the skeleton. In this step I put the Brione which is the black fabric that is seen in the previous image and is the one that gives the finish to the base.
Postura de Patas | Legs Posture
Por ultimo le pongo las patas a la base cama asegurándolas con tornillos. Esto es lo que sostendrá la base cama en el suelo.
Finally I put the legs to the bed base, securing them with screws. This is what will hold the bed base on the floor.
Aquà podrás ver la base cama tapizada totalmente terminada, Luego de ponerle el Vinipel.
