Some months ago i tried it and i was 1 month without smoke... but, not myself i needed pills to get it.
After these month, due to bad life situations, i back to smoke, and now i smoke and maybe more than before... dont know, just know that I DONT WANT TO SMOKE.
So, after 3 month of tried it, now i want leave it again, but now, no pills, nothing... just myself and my mind.
I want show to myself that i have the control of my mind, with something as hard as smoking habit, after 25 years of smoking, the words: I DONT SMOKE BECAUSE I DONT WANT. Will be all that i need to get it.
Will back in some months to said how it went.
Also, surely i will need some strong bears to help me be more happy while quitting smokr 🤣
