Se trata de un lindo porta cosméticos elaborado con un material muy duradero; cuero o piel sintético.
Ella me proporciono el material, yo solo completé con lo que tengo en mi taller el cierre y el forro.

This is a nice cosmetic holder made of a very durable material; leather or synthetic leather.

Lo primero que he hecho es practicar en un trozo de este material, para verificar que:
- La máquina, deslice correctamente
- La puntada quede bonita y perfecta
- El hilo sea del mismo tono del cuero
Cuando esto está perfectamente visto continuo.

El trozo de cuero que la clienta me trajo era muy poco, debí cortarlo y combinarlo, pues para hacer un portacosméticos se necesita un trozo grande, que mida como mínimo 40 centímetros por 40 centímetros.
Cuando ya tuve una pieza de las medidas similares, solo uni con la máquina en una puntada recta.
The piece of leather that the client brought me was very little, I had to cut it and combine it, because to make a cosmetic holder you need a large piece, measuring at least 40 centimeters by 40 centimeters.
When I already had a piece of similar measurements, I just joined it with the machine in one straight stitch.

Ya en este punto lo que corresponde es pisar cada costura con una puntada recta.
Esto le dará un mejor acabado a la pieza.

Casi terminamos esta hermosa pieza, debemos cortar un cuadrado igual al que acabamos de hacer en cuero pero de tela de forro.
Para unirla al cierre.

Ya para finalizar, debemos unir las dos puntas con una costura recta y luego trazar y cortar un cuadrado del tamaño que se desee.
En este caso yo usé la medida 5 x 5 centímetros. Cortamos y cosemos de manera diagonal para darle a la pieza efecto 3D
To finish, we must join the two ends with a straight seam and then draw and cut a square of the desired size.
In this case I used the measurement 5 x 5 centimeters. We cut and sew diagonally to give the piece a 3D effect

Cuando ya tenemos las 4 esquinas cosidas, solo debemos dar vuelta a la pieza y estará lista para ser usada.
When we have the 4 corners sewn, we only have to turn the piece and it will be ready to be used.
