Hola mis lindas abejas 🐝 del panal, qué tal están? por acá el día muy lluvioso y con algo de frío.
Quiero mostrarles hoy como realizo una salsa de tomate con los llamados TOMATES CHERRY. Son pequeños tomates silvestres que para muchos son maleza pero para otros tantos en un camino de salvación cuando no tienen los tomates tradicionales.
Me regalaron una gran cantidad de ellos y quise realizar una salsa para mi pasta del almuerzo.

I want to show you today how I make a tomato sauce with the so called TOMATES CHERRY. They are small wild tomatoes that for many are a weed but for many others are a way of salvation when they do not have the traditional tomatoes.
I was given a large quantity of them and I wanted to make a sauce for my lunchtime pasta.

Como es costumbre al cocinar lo primero que debemos hacer es lavar bien los aliños y cortarlos en cuadrados.
Cuando este proceso está completado debemos colocar todo en un sartén con un poco de aceite comestible.
Se va agregando todo lo antes mencionado poco a poco y al final agregamos la sal y el comino al gusto. Tapamos a fuego lento y dejamos cocinar.

Cuando tenemos los aliños ya cocidos solo debemos esperar a que se enfríen completamente de manera natural.
Yo solo los coloco en la orilla de mi ventana y con la brisa que entra se enfrían.
Al tenerlos ya a temperatura ambiente debemos licuarlos para darle por último una última cocción. En este proceso debemos probar la sazón para verificar que su sabor este muy bien.
Y listo, a probar la salsa con espagueti.
When we have the seasonings already cooked we just have to wait for them to cool down completely naturally.
I just put them on the edge of my window and with the breeze coming in they get cold.
When we have them at room temperature we must blend them to give them a final cooking. In this process we must test the seasoning to verify that its flavor is very good.
And that's it, let's try the sauce with spaghetti.
