Hoy, compartiré con ustedes algunos consejos de utilidad para no maltratar nuestro cabello diariamente, en realidad, les mencionaré tres errores que posiblemente cometemos y no nos damos cuenta. En una publicación anterior, compartí un paso a paso de cómo preparar una mascarilla para hacer crecer el cabello y darle suavidad. Por ello, quiero continuar la secuencia de estos post, y mostrarles algunos tips que a mí me han sido de utilidad.
Today I will share with you some useful tips to not mistreat our hair on a daily basis, actually, I will mention three mistakes that we possibly make and don't realize. In a previous post, I shared a step by step on how to prepare a mask to make hair grow and give it softness. Therefore, I want to continue the sequence of these posts, and show you some tips that I have found useful.
Con el tiempo observamos que nuestro cabello ya no goza del mismo brillo y suavidad, se torna algo débil y maltratado, posiblemente usamos una gran cantidad de productos que creemos lo mejoraran, pero no es así. Y aunque creemos que realizamos los cuidados necesarios, posiblemente estamos cometiendo errores.
Over time we notice that our hair no longer enjoys the same shine and softness, it becomes somewhat weak and damaged, possibly we use a lot of products that we believe will improve it, but it is not so. And even though we think we are taking the necessary care, we may be making mistakes.
Therefore, I will show you 3 typical mistakes we make with our hair:
1.- Utilizar productos químicos: Tintes, decolorantes, alisados, cremas y demás pueden provocar el deterioro del aspecto del cabello y acelerar su caída. Claramente no significa que debas dejarlo de usa, pero si tienes que tener en cuenta la frecuencia y los cuidados antes y después de someterme a estos productos. Procura usar mascarillas naturales que puedan disminuir el daño.
1.- Using chemical products: Dyes, bleaches, straighteners, creams and others can cause the deterioration of the appearance of the hair and accelerate their fall. Clearly it does not mean that you should stop using it, but you have to take into account the frequency and care before and after undergoing these products. Try to use natural masks that can reduce the damage.
2.- Planchar el cabello sin protegerlo: Es importante que apliques antes del planchado algún tipo de protector y, así, evitas dañar las puntas debido a las altas temperaturas a las que se exponen.
2.-Ironing the hair without protecting it: It is important that you apply before ironing some kind of protector and, thus, avoid damaging the ends due to the high temperatures to which they are exposed.
3.- Lavar el cabello diariamente: Al hacer esto, eliminas los aceites naturales que produces, es decir, la grasa capilar que lo protege. Por tanto, se recomienda lavarlo cada tres días.
3.-Wash your hair daily: By doing this, you eliminate the natural oils you produce, that is, the capillary fat that protects it. Therefore, it is recommended to wash it every three days.
I hope these tips or small tips are of great help to avoid further damage to the hair.
