Hola querida comunidad de hive espero que estén bien, estoy feliz de participar en una iniciativa organizada por @chocopao donde debemos hablar de como canalizamos el estrés, yo sufro de migraña y me estreso muy rápido empiezo a tener dolores de cabeza, mas que todo esto sucede cuando tengo mucho trabajo entonces estas con mi manera de canalizarlos
Hello dear hive community I hope you are well, I am happy to participate in an initiative organized by @chocopao where we should talk about how we channel stress, I suffer from migraine and I get stressed very fast I start to have headaches, more than all this happens when I have a lot of work then these with my way of channeling them
Crochet
I almost never have time to crochet but when I knit I get unstressed, it is something that relaxes me and I go to another world, although I am not an expert as I am learning but when I am very stressed I put aside the work and start to knit
Repostería / bakery
This is one of the things that relaxes me a lot the pastry I love to make sweets, cakes for my family and also for clients, almost every day I make a dessert to sweeten my family and me
Redes sociales/ Social networks
This is another way I channel my stress social media I love watching instagram , tiktok and facebook chatting with friends and family I always do my pomodoro and when I have time I grab my phone and de-stress
