Herbal usage for treatment is an Africa heritage which have been in existence as far back as hundreds of years ago. The orthodox practitioner then faulty traditional drugs but however today, traditional drugs is being focus for treating various health issue not only in Africa but some other countries of the world.
Scent leaf known as Efirin in my native language is highly medicinal due to its ability to solve several health issues. I having grew up in society where traditional herb is commonly used for treatment of different health challenges such as malaria, typhoid, cold, hypertension, e.t.c. Scent leaf can be used for treating indigestion, fever, catarrh, stomach disorder and pile or Hemorrhoids known as (Jedijedi) in my native language. This write up concentrate on the use of scent leaf for eradication indigestion within 10minutes of its application
Indigestion is a disorder of digestive system which is characterized by heartburn, nausea and may lead to discomfort.
The following sequential steps are carryout for preparation of scent leaf for indigestion treatment:
1.Pruning the leaves
2.Washing the leaves after pruning
3.Squeezing to extract the leaves fluid
4.Filtering to separate the fluid from the leaf particles
5.Addition of half tea spoon of salt
6.Drink half glass of the herb.
However, I’m not discouraging of the use of orthodox drugs but in the absent of those drugs you can equally treat yourself at comfort of your home by adhering to above stated steps.
Finally,this scent leaf can also be used as soup,prepared like vegetable soup.
