I was wondering what had happened to you i kept checking your page and nothing now i know am so sorry you had to go through those terrible pains and have survived. Wishing you get back to the norm real soon it just wasn't your turn you still have lots of posting to do here. Nice to hear from you again you take care and eat well.
Thank you very much @kohsamui99!! That is one thing that I did decide that I'm going to start eating better. I feel like recovery is going to take me a while. My doctor said if I wanted to walk a trail and felt up to it then do it. He was awesome as were all the nurses there. Realistically, I know I can't for some time. I tried walking around my house yesterday evening and it did not go so well but I'm probably pushing things a little bit so now I will decide to take my time and not over-tax myself. Thank you again for the well wishes..much appreciated!! 💕
Eating properly is the best road to recovery with the walking just pace yourself to what you can do.
