Yesterday evening, Friday 05 June, the moon will reach its perigee point.
In fact, the perigee point is the orbit point for which the moon is very close to the Earth. This allows him to show us a "super full moon"!
I had already noticed last night that it was bigger than usual and I had not dreamed! When we reach this perigee point, the moon will appear to us between 14 and 19% larger than usual depending on where we live. Great no?So I went out to take a little walk outside tonight, not to go dancing in a club or watching a movie, but just to photograph the moon between the peaks of Mount Bougarnin ;).
The "legend" says that every time the moon reaches its perigee, natural disasters occur. All we really know is that the coming of the moon causes great tides.
