Necesitaras:
• 1 ripe banana.
• 6 prunes.
• 1/3 cup of honey.
• 2 cups of wheat flour.
• 1/3 of oil of your preference.
• 1 plátano maduro.
• 6 ciruelas pasas.
• 1/3 taza de miel.
• 2 tazas de harina de trigo.
• 1/3 de aceite de su preferencia.
First, we mix the oil and honey in a bowl, then we add the egg and beat very well.
Primero, mezclamos el aceite y la miel en un bol, luego añadimos el huevo y batimos muy bien.
Next we add the wheat flour little by little, until a homogeneous mixture is formed.
A continuación añadimos la harina de trigo poco a poco, hasta formar una mezcla homogénea.
Then, we peel and cut the Banana, we also chop the plums into small pieces, sprinkle with a little wheat flour so that when added to the cake mixture they do not go to the bottom.
Luego, pelamos y cortamos el plátano, también picamos las ciruelas en trozos pequeños, espolvoreamos con un poco de harina de trigo para que al agregar a la mezcla del bizcocho no se vayan al fondo.
Now we take half of the banana and the chopped plums and add it to the mixture and incorporate.
Ahora tomamos la mitad del plátano y las ciruelas picadas y lo agregamos a la mezcla e incorporamos.
Pour the sponge cake mixture into a greased tray and pour the other part of the banana and plums on top.
Vertimos la mezcla de bizcocho en una bandeja engrasada y vertemos encima la otra parte del plátano y las ciruelas.
Finally we take it to the oven at 200C for 20 minutes, until it takes a nice golden color.
Finalmente lo llevamos al horno a 200C durante 20 minutos, hasta que tome un bonito color dorado.
