For a delicious snack with my mother, I prepared golden corn cake and mozzarella cheese, this is an exquisite dessert, sweet and fluffy, ideal to accompany with a delicious cup of coffee and a good conversation with your special people.
Para una riquísima merienda con mi madre, preparé dorada torta de maíz y queso mozarela, este es un postre exquisito, dulce y esponjoso, ideal para acompañar con una rica taza de café y una buena conversación con tus personas especiales.
You will need the following ingredients:
Necesitarás los siguientes ingredientes:
• 2 cup of sweet corn flour.
• 1/3 cup of sugar.
• 1/3 cup grated mozzarella cheese.
• 1 tablespoon of sweet anise.
• 1/3 cup of powdered milk.
• 1/3 cup of oil.
• 2 eggs.
• 1 cup of water.
• 2 taza de harina de maíz dulce.
• 1/3 de taza de azúcar.
• 1/3 de taza de queso mozarela rallado.
• 1 cucharada de anís dulce.
• 1/3 de taza de leche en polvo.
• 1/3 de taza de aceite.
• 2 huevos.
• 1 taza de agua.
First, we pour the corn flour, the oil and the eggs into a container, then we incorporate.
Primero, vertimos en un recipiente la harina de maíz, el aceite y los huevos, seguidamente incorporamos.
Add the milk, sugar, water and anise, continue beating until you form a light mixture.
Adicionamos, la leche, azúcar, agua y el anís, seguimos batiendo hasta formas una mezcla ligera.
Finally, we flour a tray with corn flour and sugar, pour the mixture and spread the mozzarella cheese on top.
Finalmente, enharinamos una bandeja con harina de maíz y azúcar, vertimos la mezcla y esparcimos el queso mozarela encima.
Bake for 30 minutes at 180C...
Llevamos al horno por 30 minutos a 180C….
