It is always great to eat an easy, quick and super delicious snack, this time I prepared some rolls of bacon and potato, stuffed with Parmesan cheese... this is a dish with a lot of flavor, due to the magnificent combination of these rich ingredients, which will make a feast on your palate. This snack is ideal to eat with your friends at parties, meetings and other special occasions.
Siempre es genial comer un snack fácil, rápido y súper delicioso, en esta ocasión preparé unos rollos de tocino y patata , relleno de queso parmesano… este es un platillo con mucho sabor, por la magnífica combinación de estos ricos ingredientes, que harán un festín en tu paladar. Este snack es ideal para comer con tus amigos en fiestas, reuniones y demás ocasiones especiales.
You will need the following ingredients (1 roll)
Necesitarás los siguientes ingredientes ( 1 rollo)
• 1 large potato.
• 3 slices of bacon.
• 1 tablespoon butter.
• Salt and pepper.
• 2 tablespoons of cornmeal.
• 1 Patata grande.
• 3 lajas de tocino.
• 1 cucharada de mantequilla.
• Sal y pimienta.
• 2 cucharadas de harina de maíz.
Initially, we boil the potato, peel and mash very well.
Inicialmente, hervimos la patata , pelamos y trituramos muy bien.
Next, add the butter, salt and pepper.
Seguidamente, adicionamos la mantequilla, sal y pimienta.
Add the cornmeal to the mashed potato to form the dough.
Adicionamos, la harina de maíz a la patata triturada para formar la masa.
Place the slices of bacon one below the other, spread the potato dough on top.
Colocamos las lajas de tocino una debajo de las otras, extendemos la masa de patatas encima.
Add the grated Parmesan cheese and proceed to roll.
Agregamos el queso parmesano rallado y procedemos a enrollar.
Finally, we place it on a greased tray and let it brown... you can serve and cut into small pieces to enjoy these fantastic bites.
Finalmente colocamos en una bandeja engrasada y dejamos dorar… puedes servir y cortar en pequeños trozos para disfrutar de estos fantásticos bocados.
