Time is one factor that could literally make or mar someone. The utilization of time determines how the life of someone could be shaped. Optimized usage will place an individual above his peers while underutilization or misusage will make one nearly miserable. With that being said time management plays a key role in one's life but that's a story for another day.
I came across a tweet recently on Twitter where the author said that the notion that is going is wrong and that it is we the living that is going. he further explained that there is no way we could waste time as time is infinite, it is we the humans that do not have enough time to live. So how we use our time is key to what we become or what we achieve.
That alone awakened something in me as I realized that it is the responsibility of we the humans to make use of time wisely because we as humans expire and not time. In that light, the feeling of being lazy to start a task or start a course should be abolished and dealt with. In other to be more productive, we are expected to go the extra mile as everyone literally has the same 24 hours as you do.
So, when the spirit of procrastination is trying to stop you from doing things beneficial to your growth either in the long run or short run, kindly brush it off and start the task now. The fact remains that whether you start that task or not, your time on earth continues to whine down.
This reminds me of a lady who was once a Nigerian actress, who became an information security auditor in the united states of America at the age of 54. She started her journey at the age of 44, The truth is that even if she didn't pursue a career in information security at the age of 44 years, she will still be 54 in 10 years' time.
The real-life event above is further proof that regardless of the position one might be in now if you have a goal in mind to achieve, it is best you start working towards it right now. It does not matter what age or state of mind you might be, just keep working towards that goal.
In the end, Time will continue to read one while your time on earth winds down.
