My wife Katia and I bought some steaks from our local butcher and decided to have a night barbeque.
With the one steak I decided to marinate it in honey and mustard, whilst the second one I marinated it and spiced it using whiskey, rosemary, oregano, lemon, salt and pepper
Katia made a salad and an accompanying tahini and parsley dip.
The weather was so hot outside so it was great to be able to sit outside and enjoy a summer night barbeque. I'm sure with the current heat and weather we are experiencing we will be enjoying a lot more of these kind of evenings
