DELICIOUS White Manjar
Today I share a dessert delight that I have made with these little hands who like cooking a lot and which is very easy and simple to prepare. I confess that the photographs are not the sharpest or best, since I was preparing this delicacy at night and the lighting was not the best, but I gave my best effort and from my heart I share the recipe so that you can make it at home and share with your family, with your friends, with whoever you want or simply enjoy it you just hehe.
- 1 Caja de Maizina Americana o fécula de maíz - 90grs
- 1 litro de Leche líquida
- Azúcar (al gusto)
Puedes usar en tu preparación (opcional):
- Clavitos de olor
- Pasitas
- Leche condensada.
Ingredients:
1 Box of American Corn or cornstarch - 90grs, 1 liter of liquid milk, Sugar to taste)
You can use in your preparation (optional):
Scent cloves, Raisins, Condensed milk.
1- El una olla coloca a hervir medio litro de la leche, añade el azúcar a tu gusto. En este paso puedes colocar los clavitos de olor para que hiervan con la leche y perfumen, den ese sabor especial de él a la preparación.
1- In a pot, boil half a liter of milk. In this step you can place the cloves to boil with the milk and perfume, give that special flavor of it to the preparation.
2- En una taza vierte el otro medio litro de leche junto con toda la Maizina (90grs) y revuelve bien.
2- In a cup pour the other half liter of milk together with all the Maizina (90grs) and stir well. Add sugar to taste.
3- Una vez listo agrega la leche con la Maizina en aquella que esta en fuego hirviendo, y comienza a revolver con una paleta de madera hasta que espese y haga burbujas en su superficie. (No pares de revolver hasta que espese, porque puede quemarse tu preparación). En este punto puedes añadir las pasitas.
3- Once ready add the milk with the Maizina in the one that is on boiling fire and begin to stir with a wooden paddle until it thickens and makes bubbles on its surface. (Do not stop stirring until it thickens, because your preparation may burn). At this point you can add the raisins.
4- Agrega la mezcla en un envase refractario, bandeja, molde... esta preparación. Deja enfriar a temperatura ambiente hasta que se compacte y luego puedes llevarlo a la nevera y ¡listo!
4- Add the mixture in a refractory container, tray, mold ... this preparation. Let cool at room temperature until compact and then you can put it in the fridge and ¡voila!

Simple, easy, fast, without so many complications and the best thing is that you can accompany it with condensed milk on top, some jam, with a cheese on the side, gelatin or some jelly.
You can accompany it with candied fruits as shown in the photo.
It is a practical recipe, especially at the time of a celebration or celebration, since you can also make small shots of this dessert delight and it pays off a lot.
It is a very special dessert in my home, my grandmother taught my mother how to prepare it, my mother taught me and today I my little princesses, as well as you on this day.
