O Carnaval no Brasil é famoso no mundo todo, mas sua comemoração varia bastante de estado para estado. Cada região tem suas próprias tradições e ritmos que tornam a festa única.
No Norte, por exemplo, o estado do Amazonas celebra o Carnaboi, uma festa criada nos anos 2000 que mistura o estilo do boi-bumbá com os ritmos carnavalescos. O evento acontece no Sambódromo de Manaus e atrai milhares de foliões.
No Nordeste, a diversidade musical é destaque:
- Frevo: Tradição de Pernambuco, essa dança vibrante acompanha uma marchinha acelerada tocada por uma banda.
- Axé: Ritmo que domina o Carnaval de Salvador, arrastando multidões nos trios elétricos.
- Forró: Parte da mistura musical do Carnaval de Caicó, no Rio Grande do Norte.
Aqui na minha cidade, Santa Cruz do Sul - RS, temos o tradicional Bailinho da Borges, um evento de carnaval de rua que já acontece há cinco anos. Neste ano, a festa foi realizada no dia 22 de fevereiro, das 18h à 1h, nas ruas Borges de Medeiros e Marechal Floriano, no centro da cidade.
Das 18h às 20h30, o evento foi voltado para as crianças, com muitos personagens, barraquinhas de pipoca e músicas carnavalescas tradicionais. A festa tomou conta de diversas quadras da cidade, mas o ponto principal foi a Praça da Bandeira, onde fica a prefeitura.
Como sempre, as ruas ficaram lotadas e a diversão foi garantida!

Here in my city, Santa Cruz do Sul - RS, we have the traditional Bailinho da Borges, a street carnival event that has been held for five years. This year, the party took place on February 22, from 6 PM to 1 AM, on Borges de Medeiros and Marechal Floriano streets, in the city center.
From 6 PM to 8:30 PM, the event was dedicated to children, featuring many characters, popcorn stands, and traditional carnival music. The party spread across several blocks of the city, but its main gathering spot was Praça da Bandeira, where the city hall is located.
As always, the streets were packed, and the fun was guaranteed!
