Hola, mi gente de hive, hoy os traigo una receta de ensalada, que preparo los domingos, para acompañar las carnes o pescado.
Es una receta muy sencilla y fácil de preparar.
INGREDIENTES
PROCEDIMIENTO
los tomates, y se pican en rodajas.
La cebolla se pica en rodaja, y se coloca en un recipiente, a macerar con la sal, el aceite y el vinagre por un tiempo aproximado de 10 minutos.
El aguacate, se le retira la concha y se pica en trozos o rebanadas.
Al pasar los 10 minutos, se le retiran los líquidos a la cebolla, y se unen todos los ingredientes. La sal se la colocaremos al gusto.
Es una rica ensalada baja en calorías, que puedes usar de guarnición o simplemente comerla sola.
