Today I want to share with all of you a delicious Bolognese sauce, which he made when I'm already with the hour above lunch.
Acostumbro a realizar mis comidas en un horario establecido; el desayuno a las 7:00 am, el almuerzo a las 12:00m y la cena a las 7:00pm. Hoy se me paso la hora del almuerzo y ya mis hijos tenían hambre. Por eso realice esta rica salsa la boloñesa que es súper fácil t rápida de hacer.
I am used to making my meals at a set time; breakfast at 7:00 am, lunch at 12:00 noon and dinner at 7:00 pm. Today I miss lunch time and my children were already hungry. So make this delicious bolognese sauce that is super easy and quick to make.
Aquí les muestro como lo realice

Ingredientes
• 250 gramos de Carne Molida
• Tomate
• Cebolla
• Ají
• Ajo
• Cilantro
• Sal
• Aceite y Onoto.

• Lo primero que hago es tomar todos los vegetales, los lavo bien y cortó en trozos, para colocarlos en la licuadora.
The first thing I do is take all the vegetables, wash them well and cut them into pieces, to put them in the blender.
• Licuo los vegetales para obtener la salsa.
Blend the vegetables to obtain the sauce.
• Coloco la salsa una vez licuada en una olla, y coloco aceite onotado y sal.
I put the sauce once it is liquefied in a pot, and I put onota oil and salt.
• Dejo cocinar como por 10 minutos, luego agregó la carne molida.
Let cook for about 10 minutes, then add the ground meat.
• Allí dejo cocinar 15 minutos más y listo ya tenemos la salsa Boloñesa.
There I let cook 15 minutes more and ready we already have the Bolognese sauce.
Salsa a la Boloñesa, acompañada con un rico espagueti, tajadas que no pueden faltar en mis comidas y queso Blanco.
