For those that dont use Twitter or follow me there (https://twitter.com/Lordbutterfly) I wanted to make a Hive post covering the rally car videoshoot we did yesterday on 14. of March.
Since the Hive rally car, driven by @ssekulji, will be a more permanent addition to our Hive promotional portfolio my hope is that we have a constant stream of content regarding the car and driver.
As we all know, every rally car driver needs his fans. 😉
First in that continuous content drop is this video shoot we have completed yesterday followed by the World Rally Championship race in Croatia. Last years "WRC Croatia" had an attendance of over 300 000 spectators with coverage from 400 media members.
Having our colors seen during an event of that size will be a great achievement for us.
The video we did yesterday will do a great job showcasing the car and Slavens driving skills.
We shot videos of him doing his regular laps around the track with a regular camera. Our camera guy was running around the track doing standing shots and even a few while laying down on the ground with the car wheel coming less than a meter from his head at crazy speeds.
Talk about dedication. 🙂
During the shoot we had a drone chasing the car around the track. It was quite a bit windy yesterday, on the border of not being able to use the drone, but the shots we got will be great from what I've seen..
There was one GoPro set up behind the driver but we also wanted to get a few shots from the front with his co-driver calling the turns. (Those that know rallying know how essential the co-driver is)
So we mic'd them up and did some DIY by taping down the drone with some ducktape to the dashboard. It turned out amazing. The drone was actually slightly moving in every corner, framing the shot perfectly, as if it was moved with intent. We might have invented a new filming technique that day. 😅
We did some frontal shots with the rally car driving behind us. One camera was for close shots and one for the wider shots.
We also did side by side shots where we would drive alongside the rally car and the cameras would film from the front and back seat. That was a bit more difficult to pull off since you have to watch the road, watch that youre parallel with the rally car while looking over and around the camera guy.
But we managed to pull it off great from the footage Ive seen.
We finished it all off with the interview right about when the rain was starting. There were 5 questions asked that Slaven prepared for, covering his racing origins, how he started with Hive and how much Hive and blockchain have changed his life.
I was really happy with the overall response on twitter we got from this. As you know, nowadays Twitter is quite important for the reach it has towards potential new users. Hundreds of likes and 7-8k impressions isn't half bad for some #Hive tweets. It clearly shows that there is interest from the community and that this project is going in the right direction.
It was a great experience for everyone involved and we should be seeing the finished product fairly soon.

can someone with $10 to $50 upvotes start upvoting every user who posts a daily or weekly proof post that they added a large hive vinyl sticker on their pesonal vehicle, clothing, or even publicly visible house window/wall etc?
then you can set up an nft site or use @nftshowroom fork just for hivenftads so dapps and hive engine tokens can buy ad space on people and their cars and possesions with daily proof posts to show they have the stickers or are wearing the shirts everydau and going outside for at least 1 hour long walks with like actifit everyday LOL ya know?
have a whole system like i heard you are maybe planning anyway to allow more logos from other hive dapps ro be added to this car and why not other cars?
any hive dapp can just buy temporary rental of hivepower from dlease and upvote people
in fact i may spend a few hundred hive on a lease of hp and start giving out dollar upvotes (if thats enough) to eveeyone who uses a community ill make for Hive Sticker Ads where we figure iut who pays for the stickers or mails them or at least design and give users the link to order themselves then they get paid hopefully enoigh to cover sticker cost, altho one person can buy many in bulk and then pay very cheap 1 stamp fee to mail these out then its no big deal to pay 1 or 2 hive for that shipping wow...
wanna help me do that actually?...i could have a community by today that starts upvoting people almost in a market where dapps like @splinterlands or @dbuzz subjit an offer for getting paid like 1 hive a day to put a big splinterlands or dbuzz sticker on their car and theyll figure oit who actually pays the more exoensive costs of big waterproof vinyl stickers safe for cars...but some people who have wear on their paint in some big spots anyway wont mind like hood of my car is already worn down i wouldnt care to add the biggest hive sticker i could...id even pay for it if i knew someone was uvoting me $1 a day lets say..even if it takes 2 or 3 weeks ro pay off a big vinyl sticker inhave the rest of the year ro earn hive or even hbd...dunno if thats sustainable...however we coukd give up a few of these posts on front page or use hivedao...and easily give oit 100 people $1 1 day to show proof theyre weaeing hive t shirts and driving around with large 15x15 inch minimum hive stickers on their cars...or even hah if youre really desperate fir a job ... we can hire people via upvotes to hold a damn home made hive sign on the side of the road like for sandwich shops or carwashes etc

This is so cool! We have a rally held in town in August and would love to see at least one car having those Hive stickers on it too, ha!
I have also been very fond of seeing and sitting in sports cars since my childhood, the way this car you have shared has hive written all over it and we love the hive so much. Hive is very strong and trusted platform. The result of your drone camera is also very good, everything looks clear. There is great joy when we meet humans who are working on the same platform as we are.

Well, it's not to criticize or detract from the effort. But I suspect that it must be of some use to mention what many must be thinking but no one dares to say.
I really hope and aspire that at least a tiny fraction of those 300 000 spectators and 400 media members in Croatia can see and catch the Hive stickers in the rally car and find out about the existence of Hive. Because in fact, I'm not really that bad at math. But for the life of me, I must confess that something does not fit me. Since until now I've been unable to count those hundreds of likes of which you speak not even counting the ones in all the tweets that can be seen throughout your post, plus the likes in the tweets included in all the comments so far. Correct me if I'm wrong! };)
Theres more than 400 likes in total and couple thousand impressions.
Are the figures in the first column the likes? And those in the second column are the replies or retweets?
Certainly what I've been counting are the hearts that appear in each of the tweets shown throughout this article including also the ones in the comments. So if the hearts do not correspond to the likes, then something does not match the figures that you show me now in the image that you have just provided us.
Because otherwise, I would only have to ask you or ask myself: ¿Why the hell then did you not selected the tweets in this article with the 2492, 1916 & 1336 likes? to backup more faithfully the allegation of the hundreds of likes that you said that didn't look half bad for some #Hive tweets?

Those larger numbers are impressions/views. Tweets added here in the post are added based on how interesting I thought they were.
You can check each of the tweets as are seen in the pic.
