I understand that there are so many things happening around us today that seems unpleasant. You know, the poverty level, the wars and violence, and so on, However, someone like me isn't too surprised with the way everything is going in our world, because I believe the words of the Bible that warned of terrible times like this. In the Bible, it was made known that all these things will happen before Jesus Christ will come again.
Now, even in the midst of the personal issues you might be going through, there are still reasons to be thankful to God. The issue with many of us is that we usually focus too much on our issues and neglect the beautiful things that God has done for us and given to us.
What are the things you should be thankful for? So many of them! Here are five that should be considered:
Your Life. There are lots of people much better than you who have lost their lives and are long dead. Many of them are even much careful than you are (and are healthier than you also). Thus, you should be thankful to God for the blessing of life.
Your Wellbeing. That you are in a good state of mind is something you should be thankful for. Irrespective of how you see yourself, you are much better than many others.
Your Family And Loved Ones. Be thankful for having people around you who you can give love and receive love from them.
In conclusion, always retain a positive mindset, and you will always see a need to be thankful to God.
