I am familiar with Mulan score, Goldsmith is amazing, yet I do not think there are two notes alike but the they use flute, it is a dizi there a reed flute. I do not know kung fu panda but it is easy to sound similar as these types of flutes are tuned to a escale that is not chromatic and up and down we go. That us why also all celtic music has the same cadence. It was s fully improvised exercise. The jumps of notes hints a bit of oriental to departure from a celtic so so you were not far by the impression. Thanks so much.
