No soy experta en el tema del cabello, de hecho hago muchas cosas que se supone no se deben hacer, pero hay un estilo que me ha gustado mucho llevarlo últimamente mientras mi cabello descansa de las herramientas de calor. Se trata de las ondas al frio, una forma de hacer ondas en nuestro cabello sin utilizar tenazas y rizadoras que al final terminar maltratando nuestro cabello por sus altas temperaturas. Básicamente el arte de este estilo de cabello se trata de enrolarlo muy bien con algo de presión, en este tutorial les muestro una de las forma (porque hay varias) de como yo hago esta técnica en mi cabello.

I'm not a hair expert, in fact I do a lot of things I'm not supposed to do, but there's one style that I've really enjoyed wearing lately while my hair is resting from heat tools. This is cold waves, a way to make waves in our hair without using tongs and curling irons that in the end end up mistreating our hair because of their high temperatures. Basically the art of this hair style is to roll it very well with some pressure, in this tutorial I show you one of the ways (because there are several) of how I do this technique in my hair.

Primero lavo mi cabello y al final me coloco una mascarilla hidratante que dejo durante 10 minutos y luego retiro con abundante agua para proceder a peinar mi cabello. Después lo dejo secar muy bien.

First I wash my hair and at the end I apply a moisturizing mask that I leave for 10 minutes and then I remove it with plenty of water to proceed to comb my hair. Then I let it dry very well.

Una vez con el cabello seco vuelvo a peinar y tomo un cepillo junto con una scrunchie que no maltrate mi cabello. Recojo mi cabello como si fuera a hacer una cola baja y empiezo a enrollar, una vez que le di muchas vueltas al cabello lo enrollo en si mismo haciendo un cirulo.

Once my hair is dry I comb it again and I take a brush and a scrunchie that doesn't damage my hair. I gather my hair as if I was going to make a low ponytail and I start to roll it up, once I gave the hair a lot of twists I roll it into itself making a circle.

Finalmente coloco la scrunchie para sujetar muy bien el cabello., después lo dejo asi durante toda la noche, me acuesto a dormir con el cabello de esta forma. También pueden hacer esto temprano en la mañana y soltarlo en la tarde, pero preferiblemente que sea de noche.

Finally I put the scrunchie to hold the hair very well, then I leave it like this during the whole night, I go to sleep with my hair like this. You can also do this early in the morning and release it in the afternoon, but preferably at night.

Una vez que hayan pasado muchas horas, mínimo 8, puedo soltar mi cabello con mucho cuidado y le doy nuevamente la forma deseada, esto me dura varios días y lo que hago para mantenerlo es enrollar mi cabello todas las noches y soltarlo en las mañanas, de esta manera tengo unas ondas más naturales sin someter mi cabello a un calor extremo y no obtengo daños al respecto ya que mi cabello no se rompe en el proceso. Once many hours have passed, minimum 8 hours, I can carefully let my hair down and give it the desired shape again, this lasts for several days and what I do to maintain it is to roll my hair every night and let it down in the mornings, this way I have more natural waves without subjecting my hair to extreme heat and I don't get any damage from it since my hair doesn't break in the process.
