Feliz Miércoles para mi gran familia hive, en esta ocasión continuo con el desafío de blog de nuestra comunidad #bloggingchallenge, ¿qué te hace poner triste? Una pregunta que a título personal no me resulta difícil contestar, pues son muchas las cosas o situaciones que en ocasiones me afligen y hasta me hacen sentir muy impotente
Happy Wednesday to my big hive family, this time I continue with the blog challenge of our community #bloggingchallenge, what makes you sad? A question that personally is not difficult for me to answer, because there are many things or situations that sometimes afflict me and even make me feel very powerless.

Este tipo de acciones me hacen poner de muy mal humor y a su vez me rompe el corazón ver a una persona atravesar una situación donde se le impute algo que no fue su culpa y más si no tengo los argumentos suficientes para alegar a su defensa, creo que todos en algún momento de nuestras vidas hemos sido víctima de estas incomodas situaciones
This kind of actions make me feel very bad mood and at the same time it breaks my heart to see a person going through a situation where he is accused of something that was not his fault and even more if I do not have enough arguments to argue in his defense, I believe that all of us at some point in our lives have been victims of these uncomfortable situations.

Desde pequeña he tenido mucha afinidad con las personas de edad avanzada y es algo reciproco, pues he tenido muchas amistades longevas y cuando me cuentan sus tristezas y en muchos casos me dicen que su hijos o familiares no se ocupan de ellos o simplemente los ignoran es algo que me hace un nudo en la garganta, pues es muy cruel dejar a un abuelit@ a su suerte , víctima del desamparo y de los años que no perdonan a nadie, en estos casos solo pasa por mi mente que de la forma que tratas será tratado
Since childhood I have had a lot of affinity with the elderly and it is something reciprocal, because I have had many long-lived friendships and when you tell me their sorrows and in many cases tell me that their children or relatives do not take care of them or simply ignore them is something that makes me a lump in my throat, because it is very cruel to leave a grandparent to their fate, victim of neglect and the years that do not forgive anyone, in these cases only goes through my mind that the way you treat them will be treated.

La traición de una persona a la que consideras más que un amigo un hermano duele como un puñal en el pecho, son de esas cosas que te decepcionan de las personas, uno nunca vuelve hacer el mismo, nos volvemos desconfiados, pero a pesar de todo tiene un lado positivo y es que aprendes a escoger mejor a quien dejas entrar a tu vida y sobretodo a quien le cuentas tus intimidades
The betrayal of a person who you consider more than a friend, a brother hurts like a dagger in the chest, are those things that disappoint you, you never become the same, we become distrustful, but despite everything has a positive side and is that you learn to choose better who you let into your life and above all who you tell your intimacies to.
Que no valoren mi esfuerzo

Muchas veces me ha pasado, me he esforzado mucho en realizar una actividad y siento que di no el 100 % sino el 1000% y no le han dado el valor merecido, pero recuerden que mi opinión puede ser muy diferente a la de otras personas y esto es porque no todos pensamos de la misma manera y hay que darle paso a los diferente puntos de opinión , pero sin duda estas cosas pueden frustrarnos un poco… es de este tipo de lecciones donde tienes dos opciones o te quedas con el sentimiento de fracaso ó avanzas , te superas y demuestras todo tu potencial
Many times it has happened to me, I have tried hard to do an activity and I feel that I gave not 100% but 1000% and they have not given it the deserved value, but remember that my opinion may be very different from other people's and this is because not everyone thinks the same way and you have to give way to the different points of view, but certainly these things can frustrate us a little ... is this kind of lessons where you have two options or you stay with the feeling of failure or you move forward, you overcome and show your full potential.
La lluvia

Aunque es una relación amor/ odio la verdad es que amo la lluvia porque me relaja muchísimo, si es una noche lluviosa y estoy en mi camita súper cómoda en compañía de mi familia representa una sensación muy agradable y acogedora, a diferencia de si estoy sola y me toca contemplar el panorama, en ocasiones me produce un sentimiento de tristeza pues me trae recuerdos y me acongoja el alma…por eso les digo es cuestión de perspectivas
Although it is a love/hate relationship, the truth is that I love the rain because it relaxes me a lot, if it is a rainy night and I am in my super comfortable bed in the company of my family it represents a very nice and cozy feeling, unlike if I am alone and I have to contemplate the panorama, sometimes it produces a feeling of sadness because it brings back memories and saddens my soul...so I tell you it is a matter of perspective
Les podría decir muchas otras pero me extendería y creo que no es la idea jejeje, ciertamente la tristeza es un emoción que puede ser causada por múltiples situaciones, pero también nos ayuda a revisarnos internamente y nos lleva a la reflexión que muchas veces es tan necesaria como la comida que ingerimos, pues alimentar el alma de sentimientos que nos hagan crecer y avanzar nos transforma para siempre
I could tell you many others but I would extend and I think it is not the idea hehehe, certainly sadness is an emotion that can be caused by multiple situations, but it also helps us to review internally and leads us to reflection that often is as necessary as the food we eat, because feeding the soul of feelings that make us grow and move forward transforms us forever.
