‣Hoy les traigo una receta de Chiskey de chocolate,es súper fácil de hacer y delicioso para crear cositas nuevas en la cocina.

⦿Receta para preparar un rico Chiskey de chocolate:
-Ingredientes:
-500 g de queso crema
-250 g de crema de leche
-6 huevos
-3 cucharadas de fécula de maíz
-Una taza de azúcar impalpable
-390 g leche condensada
-50 g de mantequilla derretida
-Toque de vainilla
-Toque de Limón
-250 g de galleta de vainilla trituradas
-250 g de chocolate amargo derretido
⦿Recipe to prepare a delicious chocolate chip:
-Ingredients:
-500 g of cream cheese
-250 g of heavy cream
-6 eggs
-3 tablespoons of cornstarch
-A cup of powdered sugar
-390 g condensed milk
-50 g of melted butter
-Hint of vanilla
-Touch of Lemon
-250 g of crushed vanilla cookie
-250 g of dark chocolate, melted
⦿Preparación:
A las galletas trituradas agregarle 50 gramos de mantequilla derretida y el toque de vainilla,lo movemos hasta que se integre todo para luego irlo aplicando en la bandeja desmontable para aplanarlo con fuerza a la base con una taza o lo que tengas a la mano,ya estado distribuido en la bandeja lo llevamos al horno por 10 minutos.
⦿Preparation:
To the crushed cookies add 50 grams of melted butter and the touch of vanilla, we move it until everything is integrated and then apply it in the removable tray to flatten it with force to the base with a cup or whatever you have on hand, now It has been distributed on the tray and we take it to the oven for 10 minutes.
‣En la batidora agregar el queso crema a temperatura ambiente y empezar a batir e ir agregándole 250 g de crema de leche,uno a uno ir agregando seis huevos,azúcar impalpable,fécula de maíz,leche condensada,toque de vainilla,toque de limón y el chocolate derretido y dejarlo que se mezcle todo.
‣In the blender add the cream cheese at room temperature and begin to beat and add 250 g of milk cream, one by one add six eggs, powdered sugar, cornstarch, condensed milk, touch of vanilla, touch of lemon and the melted chocolate and let it mix everything.
‣Luego proceder a colocar la preparación en la base de galleta,la cual llevaremos al horno por una hora a 140 grados.Al sacarlo del horno despegaremos los bordes con un cuchillo para luego llevarlo a refrigerar de 3 a 4 horas.
‣Then proceed to place the preparation on the biscuit base, which we will take to the oven for an hour at 140 degrees. When we remove it from the oven we will remove the edges with a knife and then take it to refrigerate for 3 to 4 hours.
‣Después de estar de 3 a 4 horas en la nevera está listo para desmoldar,le agregaremos chocolate por toda la superficie,y decorar a su gusto.
