Depression:

It is a neurological disorder that affects the sufferer both physically and mentally; It is a very delicate and serious condition if it is not treated immediately, its symptoms vary from person to person.

Depression is a disorder that is regularly suffered by people with many problems in their life, either by not being able to face or overcome them, the mind plays a very important role in this disease, since it takes away the spirits to carry out their daily activities or jobs.

This disorder alters the body's nervous system affecting various organs, since our mind is the one that controls our entire body and when it is affected, also the other parts of the body.

In general, the symptoms most seen in depression are anxiety, insomnia, cardiac arrhythmias, disorientation, loss of hunger, the urge to cry and in very advanced cases, thoughts of suicide 😞

The most common cases are for breakups with partners, loss of a job, death of a relative, financial problems, very high stress, among many others.
This personally is a very sensitive subject, depression is not a game; unfortunately I have suffered it slightly and it is something that you do not wish even your worst enemy, because only you can get out of the disorder and it is not easy at all; I wish everyone who has suffered it or who suffers it a lot of strength and faith, that God does not put burdens on those who cannot handle them, fight for their mental and physical well-being that when it is darkest it is because it is going to get lighter.

Tips to control and help eliminate depression:

  • Take deep breaths for a few minutes outdoors.
  • Do not lock yourself up or isolate yourself, try to do some activity even if you don't feel like it.
  • Try to sleep and eat well, lack of sleep fuels depression.
  • Drink natural drinks before sleeping like; Linden trees, hot tea, chamomile or valerian tea to calm anxiety.

It is important that you do not fall if you suffer from this because hiding it only aggravates it more, you should seek immediate help, there are ways to treat and control it, do yoga, physical relaxation exercises, seek peace in your mind.
