The ice sculptures you see are on display by a number of artists in Helsinki to celebrate Chinese New Year.

But I am most impressed that Finland are able to present them in the middle of the street.
I feel (sadly) that these works of art wouldn't last five minutes in England before somebody either broke them or tried to melt them.
