Today's Poyaday for us. So today and tomorrow no need to work in my workplace. So I have chance to staying home two days. My wife had idea to make Rulan Toffee since last week. So I went to the kitchen for take some idea how to make it. Firstly I want to tell you that, rulan toffee is a very tasty one. So in this post I try to write how to make rulan toffee step by step.
Ingredients
2 cups of Rulan seeds
100g of coconut
2 cups of sugar
Cardamom and cumin seeds
Making Method
Fry Rulan first.
Fry the coconut water until it is watery.
Then add 2 cups of sugar and heat it in a medium flame.
Then add the cardamom and cumin seeds. Then know a cup of boiling water.
Stir well until the sugar is boiling, then the rulan, coconut.
Mix the mixture well.
Mix well, remove from the saucepan, place on a tray and cut into pieces. Because it gets tight quickly.
After few minutes, we ate rulan toffee. You can also try it because it's very easy to prepare. So thanks for visiting. Happy weekend.
