Trabajar de Comunity Manager en Venezuela
Today I want to talk to you about how it is to work a profession that takes place on the Internet and with devices such as a laptop, in a country where we are suspended from electric power for more than 8 hours a day.
Hoy quiero hablarles de como es trabajar una profesión que se desarrolla en Internet y con aparatos como una laptop, en un país donde nos suspenden la energía eléctrica por más de 8 horas al día.
For 8 months I have been working as a Community Manager and Content Writer, it is a job that I am passionate about because it mixes two of the things I like the most which are: Social networks and writing.
Desde hace 8 meses estoy trabajando como Comunity Manager y Redactora de Contenidos, es una labor que me apasiona porque mezcla dos de las cosas que más me gustan que son: Las redes sociales y escribir.
However, living in a country like Venezuela, we have to face difficulties such as the power going out in the middle of doing a job that you have not saved.
Sin embargo, viviendo en un país como Venezuela tenemos que atenernos a dificultades como que se vaya la luz a mitad de estar haciendo un trabajo que no has guardado.
Work meetings are also interrupted by the lack of light or mobile data signal. Which often delays our work and productivity.
También las reuniones de trabajo se ven interrumpidas por la falta de luz o señal de los datos móviles. Lo que muchas veces retrasa nuestro trabajo y productividad.
Another point that weakens us a lot, is when the cutting time is at night, since when you are creating content it is necessary to rest well to have more creativity and with hours of sleep interrupted by the heat and the mosquitoes always leave us with a mental exhaustion.
Otro punto que nos debilita mucho, es cuando el horario de corte es en la noche, ya que cuando te encuentras creando contenido es necesario descansar bien para tener más creatividad y con horas de sueño interrumpidas por el calor y los mosquitos siempre nos dejan con un agotamiento mental.
Not to mention the stress we experience in order to fulfill all our responsibilities. I tell you this because they have been difficult days with this topic and a little so that you can analyze our experience.
Por no mencionar el estrés que vivimos para poder cumplir con todas nuestras responsabilidades. Les cuento esto porque han sido días difíciles con este tema y un poco para que puedan analizar nuestra experiencia.
But despite all this, at least I try to do my job as well as possible so that clients are satisfied and keep hiring.
Pero a pesar de todo esto, al menos yo trato de hacer mi trabajo lo mejor posible para que los clientes estén satisfechos y sigan contratando.
On the positive side, it is that this work can be done 100% from home, which allows me to continue generating income despite the quarantine we are experiencing.
Por el lado positivo, es que este trabajo se puede realizar 100% desde casa lo que me permite seguir generando ingresos a pesar de la cuarentena que estamos viviendo.
