In today's era, understanding technology is very important and has become a basic need for every human being on this earth, plus the modern world is growing rapidly in any case.
Today I am tasked with overseeing a youth activity or activity to attend training (technological guidance) in the field of welders.
This activity is carried out specifically for young people who have completed high school. The goal is for a generation to be able to understand the world of technology and be able to learn for their own talent for development. Then be able to compete in the world of work in an era filled with the progress and development of the globalization era.
As a form of implementing corporate social responsibility (CSR) programs for the communities around its operational areas. Creating active and productive youth, as well as creativity in daily life.
For the time being this training will be held for one month, maybe it will be resumed after receiving a budget from the government to support technology guidance training. Hopefully this activity can reduce unemployment and improve the more advanced and professional human resource sumver.
