Materiales: Cartulinas o papel de los colores que queramos, incluso con estampados divertidos. Regla, tijeras, pega blanca o silicon, figuras para decorar. El proceso se observa en las imágenes, que básicamente es doblar el papel como para un abanico (primero a un lado y luego al otro) y unirlo en forma circular. Luego se decora con las figuras que la ocasión lo amerite. Se le coloca un palito de altura, o un nylon transparente para colgar.
