Los pies son nuestros amigos silenciosos, los que tenemos la dicha de tenerlo, sabemos lo importante que son, nos llevan a donde queremos ir y nunca nos dicen que no.
Pero le estaremos dando nosotros el cuidado que necesitan, en mi caso no, leyendo encuentre estos útiles consejos:
*Utiliza un calzado cómodo, donde tus dedos puedan tener movilidad y de acuerdo a la actividad que vayas a realizar.
*Revisemos nuestros pies, cada vez que podamos, es importante saber que están en buenas condiciones.
*Es muy importante cuando nuestros pies estén húmedos secarlos y colocarle un poco de crema hidratante por lo menos tres veces a la semana.
*Cortar nuestras unas de una manera apropiadas, no deben estar curvas, ni cortarlas en exceso.
*Si sentimos algún malestar en nuestros pies debemos acudir al médico, no es normal que nuestros pies duelan.
Por experiencia propia no le presto mucha atención a mis pies, como generalmente no los muestro, por eso les comparto estos consejos tanto para ustedes como para mí.
