Deliciosa Torta de Zanahoria y canela 🥕

1 zanahoria rallada
2/3 taza de mantequilla
1 taza de azúcar
2 huevos
1 1/2 taza de leche
2 1/2 tazas de harina de trigo
2 cucharaditas de canela en polvo

Delicious Carrot and Cinnamon Cake 🥕

1 grated carrot
2/3 cup butter
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 cup milk
2 1/2 cups flour. of wheat
2 teaspoons of cinnamon powder

Paso a paso

Paso 1

Lo primero que vamos hacer es colocar el azúcar con la mantequilla en un recipiente y batir hasta que quede cremosa.

The first thing we are going to do is to place the sugar with the butter in a bowl and beat until creamy.

Paso 2

Cómo segundo paso vamos a agregar los huevos a la preparación y batir ligeramente.

As a second step we are going to add the eggs to the preparation and beat lightly.

Luego vamos a agregar la leche junto con la harina de trigo cernida, batir en forma envolvente hasta obtener una mezcla homogénea y sin grumos.

Then we are going to add the milk together with the sifted wheat flour, beat in an enveloping way until we obtain a homogeneous mixture without lumps.

Paso 4

Luego agregamos la zanahoria previamente lavada, pelada y rallada, también agregamos la canela en polvo, batimos hasta que quede todo homogéneo.

Then add the carrot previously washed, peeled and grated, also add the cinnamon powder, beat until smooth.

Paso 5

Luego vamos a verter la mezcla en una tortera previamente engrasada y enharinada, llevar al horno por espacio 45 minutos o hasta que al introducir un palito este salga limpio, retirar del horno, dejar enfriar, desmoldar y lista para degustar.

Then we will pour the mixture into a previously greased and floured cake pan, bake in the oven for 45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean, remove from the oven, let cool, unmold and ready to taste.
