As I have told you on several occasions, most of the year I live in Puerto Las Cruz for my studies and that makes me to be away from my family for some time, however my parents try to visit me when they can and when they are here we try to make up for the time we were without seeing each other.
En esta ocasión mi mamá y yo decidimos darle un cambio de look, porque se ha realizado mechas desde hace un tiempo y ya no quería seguir con diferentes tonos de marrón en su cabello producto de las constantes matizaciones. Por lo que decidimos ponerle fin a esa situación con un tinte negro. Cuando fuimos a comprarlo solo había negro azulado y ella sin pensarlo mucho accedió, el tinte que adquirimos traía su propia agua oxigenada, así que no debimos comprar uno adicional y en casa buscamos una bandeja de aluminio para darle play a la acción.
This time my mom and I decided to give her a change of look, because she has had highlights for some time now and no longer wanted to continue with different shades of brown in her hair as a result of constant highlights. So we decided to put an end to that situation with a black hair dye. When we went to buy it there was only bluish black and she without much thought agreed, the dye we bought brought its own hydrogen peroxide, so we didn't have to buy an additional one and at home we looked for an aluminum tray to give play to the action.
Aquí les enseño como mi mamá tenía su cabello ya con raíces de su color natural y algunas canas (que también fue parte de el motivo por el que le pintamos el cabello).
Here I show you how my mom had her hair already with roots of her natural color and some gray hair (which was also part of the reason why we painted her hair).
- Tinte negro azulado AMG color's
- Agua oxigenada traída por el tinte
- Guantes
- Bandeja de aluminio
- Brocha de tintes
- AMG color's blue-black dye.
- Hydrogen peroxide brought by the dyer
- Gloves
- Aluminum tray
- Dye brush
Luego, vacíe el agua oxigenada en la bandeja y encima el tinte para revolver con nuestra brocha.
Then, I poured the hydrogen peroxide in the tray and on top of it the dye to stir with our brush.
Generalmente en las peluquerías comienzan a aplicar el tinte desde la parte de abajo, pero como ya tenía algunas canas decidimos empezar por la parte de adelante para que esta zona absorbiera más color, luego lo aplique en la parte de atrás.
Usually in hairdressers they start applying the dye from the bottom, but as she already had some gray hair we decided to start at the front, so that this area would absorb more color, then I applied it to the back.
Aquí ya había aplicado la totalidad del tinte y la peine para evitar que quedara desigual en algún mechón.
Here I had already applied all the dye and combed it out to avoid unevenness in any strands.
Esperamos 1 hora y luego retiramos el tinte con abundante agua y algo de champú. Se aplicó un poco de esta mascarilla para el cabello para hidratarlo y que no se maltrate.
We waited 1 hour and then removed the dye with plenty of water and some shampoo. A little of this hair mask was applied to moisturize it and prevent it from being damaged.
Retocamos un poquito con la plancha para evitar que se esponje demasiado y listo!!
We touch it up a little bit with the iron to prevent it from getting too fluffy and that's it!

Recuerden siempre tener mucho cuidado en los productos que aplicamos en nuestro cuerpo y como lo aplicamos, a pesar de que no pude fotografiarlo en todo el proceso use guantes para evitar mancharme o hacerle daño a mi piel con el tinte. Como en la mayoría de nuestros inventos, disfrutamos mucho de hacer esto y compartir juntas.
Remember to always be very careful with the products we apply on our body and how we apply it, even though I couldn't photograph the whole process I used gloves to avoid staining or damaging my skin with the dye. As with most of our inventions, we really enjoy doing this and sharing together.
