En ocasiones tenemos días que hacemos mil tareas y decimos gracias a Dios, claro para ello necesitamos despertarnos más temprano, porque el que madruga recoge agua clara. Al levantarnos, preparamos los panes, con bebida achocolatada para la princesa y café negro claro para los demás y no podía faltar el queso rallado. Luego salimos a hacer las diligencias que teníamos planificadas, pero se hizo la hora del almuerzo y regresamos a casa para comer y esperar que los comercios abrieran sus puertas nuevamente para seguir con los trámites y además comprar algunos alimentos que nos hacían falta.

When we got up, we prepared the bread, with chocolate drink for the princess and light black coffee for the others, and we could not miss the grated cheese. Para comer, revisamos lo que había en la nevera y con lo que encontramos nos preparamos un almuerzo rápido y quedamos listos para salir, gracias a Dios logramos hacer todo lo planificado satisfactoriamente y nos dio tiempo de comprar: harinas, arroz, espaguetis, plátanos, cebolla, chocolate, café, crema dental y papitas fritas. Luego de comprar pasamos por casa de mi amada madre para buscar a nuestros hijos que los habíamos dejado en la mañana.

De regreso a nuestro hogar, me puse a desinfectar los productos que habíamos comprado, es un procedimiento rutinario, que nos da tranquilidad, porque algunos de ellos son utilizados por nuestros hijos y debemos protegerlos, por ello hacemos la limpieza al llegar. Estos tiempos requieren que asumamos las medidas de bioseguridad como parte de nuestra nueva normalidad, tenemos que aprender a vivir con mayores cuidados y mientras más consientes seamos de los nuevos hábitos que debemos incluir en nuestra vida, mejor calidad de vida tendremos.

Los nuevos tiempos requieren de personas condicionadas para tener rutinas de acuerdo a los estándares de bioseguridad, para prevenir contagios de enfermedades, asumiéndolo, podremos tener una civilización más sana. Tenemos que estar claros de lo que debemos hacer para protegernos de enfermedades, todos sabemos que si queremos cruzar un río con un carro, tendremos mayor probabilidad de hacerlo con un rústico 4x4, porque si nos lanzamos con un sedan, probablemente el carro no recorra mucha distancia y se quede varado en el río, entonces para hacer el símil, no podemos salir a la calle con medidas de seguridad simples, como lo hacíamos antes de la pandemia, ahora tenemos que ser rústicos 4x4, para salir sin temor.
Con cuidados podemos minimizar los riesgos, tenemos que asumir con responsabilidad nuestra vida y la de nuestros seres amados, protegiéndonos, protegemos a los demás.
Estar vivos es pedir por el bien de todos.
Estar vivos es una bendición que debemos agradecer cada despertar.
