hello my beautiful creative friends, today I was reading the book * VIBRATION OF THOUGHT - WILLIAM WALKER ATKINSON * and at the same moment I thought that this is something I would like to share to somehow help other people who in this difficult time that we live day by day, I know very well how hard it is to lose a relative due to Covid-19 although I do not comment on it and it really is not a topic that I like to touch because I think that the more we think about it, the more we attract it, I know that it is there and is a reality for everyone, so this day I want to share with you about this particular topic that will help us change our thoughts and what we attract, in this book * VIBRATION OF THOUGHT - WILLIAM WALKER ATKINSON * speaks a part that caught my attention he indicates in chapter 4 that we should do affirmation or affirmation therapy of the I, at least 1 every hour and several times before falling asleep. Ego Reaffirmation Therapy is a very useful psychological tool to achieve goals that you set or stop negative behaviors that represent obstacles in your life. Very simple to perform and effective if practiced with perseverance and faith at least 1 time every hour, and several times before sleeping calmly, the author indicates that we say * "I reaffirm the Control of my Being" * we must repeat it positively, above all When we are faced with situations that tempt us to act recklessly or in bad taste, we must relax and let ourselves be carried away by the true self, repeat these words together with positive thoughts of I Am, I May that inspire you and make you drastically change some bad habit or conflict leaving bad thoughts aside, creating an influx of positive and creative thoughts demonstrating superior willpower. Whenever you want things with hope, security and tranquility.

And the Universe gives you exactly what you declare for yourself.
The most important thing to do effective work with affirmations is to pay attention to your thoughts or what is constantly on your mind. If for the longest time you think or affirm negatively, it will be much more difficult than the 5 minutes that you dedicate to your practice of positive affirmations together with the I Am are effective, you must do a conscious work of changing your negative inner talk and begin to affirm the opposite. , you will surely have results in much less time.
Do not get carried away by bad feelings, or by thoughts that say everything different from what you are affirming.
