¿Cuantos de nosotros no hemos visualizado un futuro? todo lo que imaginamos a través de nuestros días es exactamente lo que nos mantiene despiertos para crear estrategias y trabajar por la vida que tenemos en nuestra cabeza y materializarlo. Hoy decidí tomarme el tiempo de reunir imágenes, recortes y fotografías que me inspiraran y a la vez me conectaran con mis objetivos y deseos.
El tablero de visión no solo es una herramienta para visualizar tus sueños, si no que también permite manifestarlo porque diariamente al mirarlo tu cerebro envía señales al universo, tu subconsciente lo acepta y lo asimila y la vez esto ayuda a motivarte para que sigas trabajando por ello. recuerda que: "los sueños sin acción son solo ilusión".
El proceso de creación de mi tablero fue el siguiente:
- Crea una lista de objetivos, metas y deseos. (Finanzas,relaciones,salud, Viajes,Familia,Profesión, etc.)
- Busca imágenes que simbolicen tus objetivos (imprime y recorta)
- ten a la mano lapices, colores, pegamento, cartulina y todo lo que quieras, es tu momento de ser creativo. (puedes hacer un boceto antes)
- Una vez que lo termines ponlo en un lugar visible y comienza a manifestar tus sueños.
How many of us have not visualized a future? Everything we imagine throughout our days is exactly what keeps us awake to strategize and work towards the life we have in our head and materialize it. Today I decided to take the time to gather images, clippings and pictures that would inspire me and at the same time connect me to my goals and desires.
The vision board is not only a tool to visualize your dreams, but it also allows you to manifest it because every day when you look at it your brain sends signals to the universe, your subconscious accepts and assimilates it and at the same time this helps to motivate you to keep working for it.
The process of creating my board was as follows:
- Create a list of objectives, goals and desires. (Finances, relationships, health, travel, family, career, etc.).
- Find images that symbolize your goals (print and cut them out).
- Have at hand pencils, colors, glue, cardboard and whatever you want, it's your time to be creative. (you can make a sketch before)
- Once you finish it put it in a visible place and start manifesting your dreams.
