How to make banana ice cream?

¿Cómo hacer helado de Cambur/bananas?

Primero que nada, decidí cocinar sin ingredientes de origen animal como huevos o lácteos porque me asumo dentro de la postura ética del veganismo, un hermoso movimiento que busca evitar todo tipo de maltrato animal, incluyendo sacarlos de nuestros platos. Por ende, todas mis publicaciones referentes a comidas serán siempre libres de crueldad animal.

First of all, I decided to cook without animal derived ingredients like eggs and dairy products because I assume myself within the ethical position of veganism, a beautiful movement that seeks to avoid all kinds of animal abuse, including removing them from our plates. Therefore, all my food publications will always be free of animal cruelty.

Ingredientes

2 cambures o bananas
1 cucharada de azúcar
1 cucharadita de vainilla líquida

Ingredients

2 bananas
1 tablespoon of sugar
1 teaspoonful of liquid vanilla

Preparación

Congelar los cambures o bananas toda la noche en el refrigerador

Preparation

freeze the bananas overnight in the refrigerator

Pelar los cambures o bananas, cortarlas y colocarlas en el mixer, agregar el azúcar, la vainilla y procesar hasta que quede la textura deseada

Peel the bananas, cut and place them in the mixer, add the sugar, the liquid vanilla and process until it reaches the desired texture.

Servir acompañando algún postre como este delicioso brownie, o comer solo mientras ves alguna película.

Serve with a dessert like this delicious brownie, or eat only the ice cream while watching a movie.

Hi @maruvalerio. Such a delicious looking banana ice cream. Would that be more of a dessert category. But it does have the fruit - bananas.
