Ghana song three questions you need to ask ourselves when it comes to food preparation in order to make life easier for ourselves as human being because there are so many things as human that we do not know but when we discuss it and bring access to a very near conclusion we know how it goes and how to build on it too. There are some food stuff that we As human being do not take into consideration at all but it's going to be very long way in building our body system and also giving the best out of us but because of maybe due to health factors, hereditary, or maybe due to the fact that you do not like the smell so you dislike eating it and consume it as well. but I can assure you this it is very important to consume some certain food stuff because of what it actually does in the body.
- Onions it's a very good food stuff that is used as softner, back in the days when we were growing up and also in the secondary school we did a course then it is called home economics. It is I need recommended for all school pupils as at that time which actually enlighten us more about how to cook, how to go about sourcing for some food stuff that are necessary to the body and why you need to consume it either raw or cooked. Onions is used as a means of making your food looks more softer and having a very great attractive aroma when you add your onions either red onions and white onions. This is the main reason why I brought this topic up in order to enlighten us more about this particular food stuff which so many of us do not know of.
I was privileged to be in this mini store because this is where red and white onions are being sold in baskets or in b and as you can see it yourself it's much here and I think this is because we are in the festivities season. the festivities season I mean for the Muslim brothers and sisters. So I saw this young man making a very great arrangement of how to put price on the red and white onions after making it bit by bit and also in basket. I took so many pictures in order to show us why it is important to buy in bits or in baskets and keep in your house for usage. He is a Muslim brother so also an Hausa man as well.
- Likewise this you can see both mix white and red onions inside a very big basket as well but for this I do not know how much it goes but he put them in bits on the table for people to buy.
- There you said a very long big basket which has not been unboxed at the moment when I was there this particular long basket arrived the few minutes ago before my arrival and I was privileged to so it at it was so for this long basket it goes for #120,000 Nigerian currency. Which I think is very much costly because of the festivities season and also because people are in a very good demand of it so the price is high at the moment.
- It is very necessary for human being to consume onions because it's also fight against some certain health issues such as cancer. Even if you can manage to eat the onions slices in bit twice or three times in a week it is very great Practices and we also have a good impact in your body.
- It also makes your body look more shining and looks so fresh its fight against body diseases.
