Receta Salsa de Carne para pastas (Paso a paso) | Meat Sauce (Step by step)

La receta de la Abuela aunque un poco modificada pero con el mismo toque y delicioso sabor.

Para 1kg de carne
•180g de pasta de tómate (9cda)
•160g de mantequilla
•60g mayonesa (3cda y ½)
•1 Cebolla Grande (130g)
•1 Hoja de laurel (yo olvidé añadirla)
•Sal al gusto

The Grandmother recipe although a little modified but with the same touch and delicious flavor.

For 1kg of meat
• 180g of tomato paste (9 tbsp)
• 160g of butter
• 60g mayonnaise (3 and ½ tbsp)
• 1 Large Onion (130g)
• 1 Bay leaf (I forgot to add it)
•Salt to taste

Una vez que tengamos los ingredientes y la cebolla cortada en pequeños cuadritos procedemos a la preparación:

Añadimos la mantequilla y una vez derretida colocamos la cebolla a sofreir un rato.

Once we have the ingredients and the onion cut into small squares, we proceed to the preparation:

Add the butter and once melted we place the onion to fry for a while.

Cuando ya la cebolla este bien deshidratada pasamos a añadir la mayonesa
removemos un ratito.

When the onion is well dehydrated, we add the mayonnaise
let's stir for a while.

Ahora añadir la carne molida, pasta de tomate y agua que sobre-pase toda la mezcla, para que puede cocinarse bien.

Now add the ground beef, tomato paste and water that overrides the entire mixture, so that it can cook well.

Dejamos cocinar y cada cierto tiempo vamos removiendo.

We let it cook and every so often we stir.
